Fear is normal but disabling

First off the bat, I dont mean disabling like disability. As I’ve mentioned a few times, my new World Changers movement has many amazing people fighting for inclusion, but it is actually for anyone fighting for social change.

Disability specific chat is happening on www.disabilityhorizons.com and in the DHorizons tribe Facebook group.

However the battle for disability inclusion does lend us World Changers a good model. We define being disabled coming from barriers. Societal barriers to be precise.

When changing the world we face many barriers too. Some external and some internal. A powerful obstacle for progress can be fear.

Now I’m not the coachy guy who says – hustle baby, smash it and crush fear. I say fear is a normal human emotion. Its unhealthy to totally ignore it. However, we cannot let it stop us from making things better.

Whether you’re seeking change for the environment, gay rights, better health, or disability inclusion. We must learn to dance with it…

To help overcome your fear, I’m running this 6 week online course. It will give you structure, community and tools for being the change you want to see in the world. That was Ghandis quote, but this programme is for us.
