Our Christmas tree is up, and it’s officially December mode.

This felt like the right picture for today’s post because my December challenge isn’t just about deep essays every day. It’s about noticing small moments, sharing a spark of something, and keeping the rhythm going.

Sometimes purpose shows up in the big work trips and panel talks, and sometimes it’s in the quiet rituals that help us recharge in-between.

See you tomorrow.
