At Purple Goat Agency, fostering a strong company culture is at the heart of everything I as a founder and our senior management team do. Whether it’s our summer social events, like our life-size Monopoly game that had everyone strategising and laughing, or the daily ways we encourage collaboration and creativity, I believe that a positive and inclusive culture drives success.
One of the key elements of my leadership approach is maintaining an open, approachable atmosphere. I want every team member to feel comfortable sharing their ideas, knowing that their voice matters. This has been instrumental in helping Purple Goat grow into the thriving agency it is today. When people feel supported and heard, they’re more likely to take ownership of their work, think creatively, and push the boundaries of what we can achieve.
As a founder, I’m not just leading from the front—I’m alongside my team. I believe that leadership is about being present, and setting the tone for the kind of company we want to be. This approach has helped us develop an environment where innovation flourishes, and our work in disability-inclusive marketing continues to set new standards.
