Guest lecture for disability and entrepreneurship course

If you’d have told me almost 20 years ago when I received my Bachelors in Economics and Masters in Marketing these two things I’m about to share with you in this post, well I’d have fallen out of my wheelchair in surprise!

Firstly, there’s actually now a course in disability and entrepreneurship, run by Leicester Business School in collaboration with Ability Connect. This is so groundbreaking! Imagine learning about creating and running your own business, alongside the real life challenges of having a disability.

Secondly, I’ve been asked to guest lecture on the marketing module of the course. Which I’m extremely excited about. I’ve been through many business, disability and general life adventures since my graduation in 2006. All of which I’m going to share in this particular session.

If you think this 4 module, run over two days, opportunity is for you. Final applications need to be completed by Monday 30th October, and the lectures are on the 7th and 8th November. All online.
