A quick important message about polling day and disability is below –

At the last General Election, Scope found that 68% of polling stations had one or more access barriers to disabled people.

With one day till polling day Scope is asking if you can help them get a clearer picture of the barriers disabled people face by filling in a Polls Apart survey when voting.

Whether you vote by post or at a polling station you can fill in the survey in three ways:

1. Go to www.pollsapart.org.uk and complete the survey online.  The website also provides lots of information on disabled people’s voting rights and other ways that you can get involved with the campaign.

2. Download a survey from www.pollsapart.org.uk and use the freepost address:

3. Call us on election day on 020 7619 7370

Scope will use the findings to continue to change things for the better.

Thank you for your support.
