Reasons Why You Should Buy Antibiotics Online from www.antibioticsonlinerx.com/ Over recent years, buying drugs online has become a popular tendency because it is a simple process that does not require too much time or effort. In this regard, nowadays many people also prefer to buy antibiotics online as it is a useful alternative to buying them at traditional land-based pharmacies. Obviously, the reasons why people are attracted by online shopping are numerous as it will be examined further. However, this process is not only easy and free from any inconveniences but may also be risky especially if you cannot differentiate an illegal drugstore from a legal pharmacy. This way, before you actually buy antibiotics online, it is worth considering the pros and cons of online pharmacies in order to make the right choice. Be that as it may, buying antibiotics at online drugstores is getting more and more popular with customers worldwide and not without a sound reason. Read on to learn the details.

10/05/2011

Tomorrow is my movie debut. For those who do not know there is a rally, march and lobbying of MPs tomorrow in London. It is to protest against the welfare reform bill, which if passed will see a raft of negative changes to disabled people and their lives. Even as I write this I find… Continue Reading

What a couple of weeks! Last night @purplegoatag What a couple of weeks!

Last night @purplegoatagency won best influencer campaign at the social media awards. It was for our work with @currys and I could not be more proud of the team for this 💜

Last Friday we had a party for the disabled talent we'd worked with the past year. A nice chance to get together in person and celebrate our community 🥂

Two weeks ago I was at parliament for #rightsonflights. Change is in the air ✈️

Tomorrow @spursofficial v Liverpool, actually at the match ⚽

Hope you are doing well too and have a brilliant weekend 🙌
As a follow up on my 'brave brands' post that went As a follow up on my 'brave brands' post that went viral last week. Also responding to many people who ask for tangibility to the disability inclusion marketing case. I would like to point people to some of our client success case studies on our website.

You'll see a mixture of tangible actions these progressive brands took. From actually taking the time to listen to disabled people (through our insights capabilities), to upskilling and instilling confidence in their teams (through our training and consultancy services), to the ultimate ROAS (return on ad spend) where they've showcased their inclusive nature by disabled people to both a disability audience and non disabled people too. Through our content creation and amplification expertise.

It's not that all of the above is carried out by every single brand, and definitely not in one go. As @domhyams loves to say, we have a chocolate box of ways to support brands. As I like to say, every brand is it a different stage of their inclusion journey. But as my last post said - let's be brave by doing something!

Here's the case studies I mentioned https://www.purplegoatagency.com/inclusive-marketing-campaigns/.

If you have any questions on the different needs brands typically have, the different ways @purplegoatagency support them, and ultimately why all of this is good for business - please ask away here, or request a deeper conversation with us 💜

Be Brave Today I'd like to talk about bravery. Sp Be Brave

Today I'd like to talk about bravery. Specifically to brands who continue to avoid disabled people because of fear.

Life is full of hurdles. Fear is a natural emotion. Without it we'd struggle to get very far in life at all. But it' has to be in balance. With too much fear, we don't really live. Instead of trying, experiencing and conquering - we sit still avoiding the scary unknown.

No growth. No joy. No contribution.

I often think what would have happened if my parents were too overcome with fear bringing me up. Imagine it. Having a child in a wheelchair in a world not designed for me. Imagine the school I might not have gone too. Imagine the holidays they might have avoided. Imagine friendships that might not have happened.

It would have been easier to stay home. To avoid the steps, avoid the stares (and stairs), to avoid the struggle and the fear.

This is what I feel and see with so many brands around disability inclusion. Fear of saying the wrong thing. Fear of doing the wrong action. Fear of making a mistake. Fear of cancellation. Fear of fear.

I say let's get brave! Let's take a step forward. Let's get some things wrong. Let's break some things. Let's cause some mayhem. Let's make a positive difference to disabled people and our families. Let's act. Let's evolve. Let's create an inclusive world.

As our Purple Goat tagline says - nothing about us without us. Let's be brave together, today.
THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR HELP! THANKS TO THE AM THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR HELP! THANKS TO THE AMAZING Sharon Winstanley from Lotus Adapt Ltd MY HOIST IS BEING FIXED TOMORROW 💜

As if by magic, following my post yesterday, my ceiling hoist that lifts me broke down this morning!

Luckily I had a second travel hoist in the shed. Meaning I could get out of bed. But it's not a permanent fix in the house.

In trying to get it fixed, I've experienced the following:

- The company who sold it and installed it no longer do servicing and have access to very few parts

- They suggested another company who gave me a guys email who couldn't help because of where we both are in the country (too far to travel)

- The company who cover the local council hoists can't help me because I'm a private client (willing to pay them)

- Three or four other companies won't help either because they didn't install it or because of geography

- I'm yet to hear back from the council

Whilst the travel hoist gets me between my chair and bed, I really need the hoist mended for the bathroom. You know, the basic needs we humans have.

If you know anyone who could help please let me know about them. Otherwise this serves as another peak behind the scenes of a disabled entrepreneur in 2023.
I haven't talked so much lately about the disabili I haven't talked so much lately about the disability side of my life, and specifically any stories as a 'disabled' entrepreneur/founder. Partly it's because I've always wanted balance between the disability side of my identity and the many other elements that makes me me. Partly it's because I'd written and spoken about the disability perspective of life a lot since creating online content in 2009. Partly it's because I've been finding my way the past 3 years as a business owner, with so many new experiences to assimilate.

This September I'm turning 40, which on many levels doesn't feel significant at all. Just another year that happens to have a zero on the end of it. Equally this year I'm seeing how hard I, and many others, found all that the pandemic brought with it. I'm seeing with some healthy distance how much happened at Purple Goat since launching in 2020, going from only me to a brilliant team of world changers.

In these 3 years I've learned and grown so much through all of the above and more. I'm feeling a lot of gratitude for getting through tougher times, having not given up, and looking ahead at exciting opportunities across all of my life with amazing people around me.

So the disability bit. Well, I'm still using my power chair to get around in my waking hours. I've been driving one for nearly 37 years now. I'm still needing 24/7 support from my brilliant PAs. I strive every day to accept needing a lot of physical support, and to show how much I appreciate the people who help me to live my life. I'm still using a hoist to transfer from the bed, to the bathroom and/or my wheelchair. These assistive technologies are so vital and important in my every day life. Health wise I'm pretty good. I can feel how having Spinal Muscular Atrophy has taken physical abilities from me that I had 10 or 20 or 30 years ago. But equally I'm doing way more at this age compared to the doctors prognosis in 1985 when I was diagnosed.

Gratitude video for my @purplegoatagency team, the Gratitude video for my @purplegoatagency team, the award we won and for a great summer so far ☀️
Have you ever noticed that life seems to go in wav Have you ever noticed that life seems to go in waves and cycles? That certain elements of health, social activities, work projects and many other things have an ebb and flow? The way our energy, motivation and productivity have different rhythms?

It's something I've been aware of for quite a few years. In particular I remember Chris Cusack and I both having a tough spell a few years ago with care assistants (another part of my life that undulates) and he unforgettably said to me "life has equal amounts of sh*t and sunshine". I loved his humorous wisdom like this.

More recently I've become aware that I'm ending a few cycles lately. There's been a few life events that seemingly conspired against my preferred wishes, over a period of time. Namely, but not only - starting, and beginning the growth of, a brand new business - challenges around finding awesome care assistants - adapted home considerations - financial pressures - the actual and perceived risks from the pandemic - all resulting in stress - resulting with challenges in my physical health - resulting in anxiety and knock on effects to my self esteem and confidence. Uff!

Bit by bit, I addressed the tangible elements of the above. Both for my inner and outer world. So my reference to a wave/cycle/chapter ending speaks to how in recent months all of the above are in a much much better place. Thankfully. Most importantly relating to my physical health and getting back to my usual happy go lucky self.

I've certainly learnt a lot more about adversity, my inner resilience and how life does indeed serve up both "sh*t and sunshine". It's all given me a lot of perspective and clarity on what's important in life. Something I've become really grateful for now.

Excitedly, this sense of new beginnings and new chapters has offered me the chance to do something that I have missed. That being - dreaming big! All of my past successes came from dreaming big and diligently working towards that dream.

I've been pretty head down working lately on vario I've been pretty head down working lately on various exciting growth opportunities for Purple Goat Agency.

So much so that I've had a few people check in on me as I haven't published as much content. Beyond sharing that I'm feeling great, I do actually have some content today!

Last week I visited London for a charity fundraiser event for SMA UK. Thanks to a keynote speech by Sir Richard Dearlove (ex MI6 boss) on geo politics, many people attended to raise awareness and vital funds for the charity supporting people with the condition I personally have.

Here's a few shots of the day 💜
As the founder of disability marketing agency @pur As the founder of disability marketing agency @purplegoatagency, I wanted to share with you the top 3 challenges I faced while growing the business.

Firstly, one of the biggest challenges was overcoming client fears around disability. Unfortunately, there is still a lot of stigma and misconceptions surrounding disability in the business world, and convincing potential clients to trust us with their marketing needs took a lot of effort and patience. But, we persevered and now have a growing list of happy clients who appreciate the unique perspective we bring to the table.

Secondly, as a business founder, it can be easy to get caught up in the hustle and forget about your own health and wellbeing. I learned the hard way that neglecting self-care can have serious consequences. So, I made it a priority to look after myself and ensure that I could be the best leader possible.

Lastly, building a world-class talented team was a challenge in itself. We needed to find individuals who were not only skilled in marketing but also had a deep understanding and empathy towards disability. After a lot of searching and interviewing, we finally found a team of amazing individuals who share our values and are committed to our mission.

I hope sharing these challenges has been helpful and insightful. Remember, starting a business is not easy, but with perseverance and a strong team, anything is possible!

🎉We've reached some major milestones at @purple 🎉We've reached some major milestones at @purplegoatagency!🎉 Since starting our disability marketing agency, we're proud to have accomplished THREE major things that have made a real impact on the world. Here they are:

1️⃣ We're changing the marketing industry to represent disability better. We've been working hard to break down stereotypes and increase representation of disabled people in advertising and marketing campaigns. Our goal is to create a more inclusive and diverse world where everyone is seen and heard.

2️⃣ We're creating more economic opportunity for disabled content creators. At Purple Goat, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to showcase their talent and creativity. That's why we've been partnering with disabled content creators to help give them a bigger platform to share their work and earn a living doing what they love.

3️⃣ We're creating more role models for disabled children. Representation matters, and we're proud to be creating more positive role models for disabled children. By showcasing successful disabled individuals in our campaigns, we hope to inspire the next generation of leaders and change-makers.

We're thrilled to have accomplished these three things since starting Purple Goat in 2020, and we can't wait to see what the future holds. Thank you for your support, and stay tuned for more exciting updates!🐐💜
